Description
The data entered in the Pay-Plan field in the Position Management System Online (PMSO) must indicate a position under the general schedule (GS) in order for the employee to be eligible to receive a supervisory differential rate.
The employee’s database Personnel Supplements record (Information/Research Inquiry System (IRIS) Program 123) indicates that the employee is currently receiving a supervisory differential rate.
However, the processing personnel action is changing the pay plan from GS to another pay plan, which will make the employee ineligible to receive a supervisory differential rate.
