Description
Only full-time or part-time employees are eligible to receive a supervisory differential rate. The employee’s database Personnel Supplements record (Information/Research Inquiry System (IRIS) Program 123), indicates that the employee is currently receiving a supervisory differential rate.
However, data entered in the 1st Nature of Action (NOA) field on the processing personnel action indicates a change in work schedule to other than full time or part time, which makes the employee ineligible to receive a supervisory differential rate.
