Bi-Directional Leave Changes Report

The Bi-Directional Leave Changes Report lists leave balances that were updated via the bi–weekly interface with NFC National Finance Center. These updates will be shown in the T&A Time and Attendance status history on the T&A Time and Attendance Summary page in webTA and will include a message that indicates the leave balance update was taken from the NFC National Finance Center data.

Note: This report is displayed when the overwriting of webTA leave balance with NFC National Finance Center data is enabled.

To Run the Bi-Directional Leave Changes Report:

1. Select the Reports button on the HR Administrator Main Menu page. The HR Administrator Reports Menu page is displayed.

   

2. Select the BiDir Leave Changes button. The NFC BiDir Leave Changes Report is displayed.

   

   The following fields are displayed on the report:

   Field	Description/Instruction
   Name	Displays the name of the employee with the leave discrepancy.
   SSN	N/A
   Leave Type	Displays the type of leave with the discrepancy.
   webTA Balance	Displays the leave balance reflected in webTA.
   NFC National Finance Center Balance	Displays the leave balance on record at NFC National Finance Center.
   Difference	Displays the difference between the balances.

3. Select the Download button to download the report.

   OR

   Select the Return button to return to the HR Administrator Reports Menu page.
