User Role Assignment Report
The User Role Assignment Report lists an organization's employees by selected roles. There is an additional column for any roles with delegates.
To Run the User Role Report:
- Select the button on the HR Administrator Main Menu page. The HR Administrator Reports Menu page is displayed.
- Select the button. The User Role Assignment Report is displayed defaulting to the role.
- Complete or edit the fields as follows to change the role or organization for the report:

Select User Role
Select the appropriate user role from the drop-down list.
Employee's Org
Select the applicable organization for the report.
Include Subordinate Organization
Check this box to include subordinate organizations in the report.

Description
Name
Displays the employee's name.
User ID
Displays the employee's user ID .
Agency
Displays the employee's Agency.
Organization
Displays the employee's organization.
Delegate For
Displays the name of anyone the listed employee is a delegate for.
