Employee Assignment by Timekeeper Report
The Employee Assignment by Timekeeper Report lists which employees are assigned to individual Timekeepers in the HR Administrator's organization. The report contains the complete pay period range that is in webTA, but can be filtered by Timekeeper and/or organization.
To Run the Employee Assignment by Timekeeper Report:
- Select the button on the HR Administrator Main Menu page. The HR Administrator Reports Menu page is displayed.

- Select the button. The Emp-Tkp Assignment Report Criteria page is displayed.

- Complete or edit the fields as follows:
Field
Description/Instruction
Timekeeper
Enter the user ID of the timekeeper, if the report is to be limited to a specific timekeeper. If not known, select the button to search for the timekeeper by name.
OR
Leave the field blank to generate the report for all timekeepers in the organization.
Timekeeper's Org
Select the appropriate organization from the drop-down list.
Include Subordinate Orgs
Check this box to include subordinate organizations in this report.
Status
Select the status type of the employees to include in the report. Valid values are and .
- Select the button. The Emp-Tkp User Assignment Report is displayed.

The following fields are displayed on the Employee-Timekeeper User Assignment Report:

Displays the timekeeper's name.
Timekeeper Org
Displays the timekeeper's organization.
Employee Name
Displays the employee's name.
Employee Org
Displays the employee's organization.
- Select the button to download the report.
OR
Select the button to return to the HR Administrator Reports Menu page.
