Provides an annual summary of leave hours (e.g., number of days earned, number of days used, monetary value of leave used).

This report is produced annually (leave year) and is available as a hard copy or by electronic transmission. It is distributed by Department, Agency, POI personnel office identifier, and organizational structure to the 5th level.
