Payroll Personnel Output (PPO)

Brief Description

Provides a list of classified F/T full-time and P/T part-time employees whose latest performance appraisal is less than satisfactory. A WGI within-grade increase will not be processed for these employees. The report is produced 16 weeks prior to the due date of the employee's WGI within-grade increase. This report contains sensitive data and its use is restricted.

This report is produced each pay period and is available as a hard copy or by electronic transmission. It is distributed by POI personnel office identifier.

This report is also available through RFQS Remote Forms Queuing System, Classified Employee WGI within-grade increase Status Sixteen Week Listing for F/T full-time and P/T part-time Employees.
