Payroll Personnel Output (PPO)

Brief Description

Provides a list of Direct Deposit/Electronic Funds Transfer (DD/EFT) individual account numbers and routing transit numbers of financial institutions that cannot be updated automatically in PPS Payroll/Personnel System and may need to be corrected by the Agency. Financial institution's account and routing number changes are transmitted by electronic tape from the Department of Treasury to NFC National Finance Center to update PPS Payroll/Personnel System. The report lists those numbers that cannot be updated automatically and is used by the Agency to correct the DD direct deposit/EFT electronic funds transfer individual account numbers and/or routing transit numbers when necessary. This report contains sensitive data and its use is restricted.
