Payroll Personnel Output (PPO)

Brief Description

Provides a list of employees approaching expiration of probationary or trial period. It is prepared 4 months in advance of the expiration date. This report contains sensitive data and its use is restricted.

This report is produced each pay period and is available as a hard copy or by electronic transmission. It is distributed by POI personnel office identifier.

This report is also available through RFQS Remote Forms Queuing System, Notification of Expiration of Probationary or Trial Period.
