Payroll Personnel Output (PPO)

Brief Description

Provides documentation of official personnel actions processed. It reflects the data exactly as processed by NFC National Finance Center and as contained in PPS Payroll/Personnel System for the employee. This form contains sensitive data and its use is restricted.

This form is produced each pay period and is available as a hard copy or by electronic transmission.

This report is also available through RFQS Remote Forms Queuing System, Notification of Personnel Action.
