Allowances/COLA/Post Diff (IR109)

Allowances/Cost-of-Living Adjustment (COLA)/Post Differential is screen number 109 on the Current Data Menu which displays the employee's allowance data. The COLA/Post Differential code, the Allowance COLA code, the Foreign Post Pay Differential code, the allowance record number, the code for the allowance type (e.g., uniform allowance, horse allowance), whether or not the allowance is taxable, the total allowance to be deducted within a year, the rate to be deducted each pay period, and the balance remaining to be deducted are listed on this screen. To access information, type the SSN Social Security number and press Enter. The Allowance Record field is a counter for multiple records on this screen. Press Enter to display additional allowance records.

To view screen element definitions, use the arrow keys to position the cursor on the data portion of the element field and press PF5. Detailed information for that element will display. To return to the original screen, press Enter. To return to the submenu, press PF1.
