New Employee Report

The New Employee Report lists the new employee's name and user ID, the users IDs of the employee's Supervisor and Timekeeper, the employee's organization and the pay period of the first T&A.

To Generate the New Employee Report:

  1. Select the Reports button from the Timekeeper Main Menu page. The Timekeeper Reports Menu page is displayed.

  2. Select the New Emps button. The New Employee Report Parameters page is displayed.

  3. Select the pay period range for the report from the drop-down lists.
  4. Select the Continue button. The New Employee Report is displayed.

    The following fields are displayed on the report.

    Field

    Description

    Employee Name

    Displays the employee's name.

    Employee User Id

    Displays the employee's user ID.

    Timekeeper User Id

    Displays the Timekeeper's user ID.

    Supervisor User Id

    Displays the Supervisor's user ID.

    Organization

    Displays the employee's organization.

    Pay Period

    Displays the pay period and year.

  5. Select the Download button to download the report.

    OR

    Select the Return button to return to the Timekeeper Reports Menu page.
