Default Schedule Report

The Default Schedule Report lists all employees for a Timekeeper who are using default schedules. This report includes the employee's name, ID, tour of duty, and alternative schedule type followed by the accounts and daily hours for the pay period by accounting code, and the total hours for the entire pay period.

To Generate the Default Schedule Report:

  1. Select the Reports button from the Timekeeper Main Menu page. The Timekeeper Reports Menu page is displayed.

  2. Select the Def. Schedule button. The Default Schedule Report is displayed.

    The following fields are displayed on the report.

    Field

    Description

    Employee

    Displays the employee's name.

    ID

    Displays the employee's webTA user ID.

    Tour

    Displays the employee's tour-of-duty.

    Alternate Schedule

    Displays the employee's alternate work schedule.

    Project/Account

    Displays the project number or accounting code for the employee's work time.

    Work 1 Hours

    Displays the work schedule for the first week of the pay period.

    Week 2 Hours

    Displays the work schedule for the second week of the pay period.

    Total

    Displays the total work hours for the pay period.

  3. Select the Return button to return to the Timekeeper Reports Menu page.
