6. Load Accruals Spreadsheet/Maintain Accruals

The Load Accruals Spreadsheet/Maintain Accruals option allows users to load an accruals spreadsheet(s) into FUND.

To load an accruals spreadsheet and/or maintain accruals in FUND:

  1. On the Maintenance tab, select 6. Load Accruals spreadsheet/Maintain Accruals. The Maintenance tab - Load Accruals spreadsheet/Maintain Accruals is displayed.

  2. Copy the applicable spreadsheet.
  3. Right click in the large box.
  4. Click Paste. The spreadsheet is displayed in the box.
  5. Click Save to save the changes.

    OR

    Click Ignore Changes/Reset Screen to clear the page.

Note: The period and fiscal year must match the quarter and fiscal year on the spreadsheet.
