4. Select Options to Generate Email

The Select Options to Generate Email option allows authorized users to generate email when Agency action is needed and to issue reminders to Agencies to input data.

To generate an email in FUND:

  1. On the Maintenance tab, select 4. Select Options to Generate Email. The Maintenance tab - Select Options to Generate Email is displayed.

  2. Complete the fields as follows:

    Field

    Description/Instruction

    From

    Enter the email address of the sender.

    To

    Greenbook

    Click this radio button to select the applicable recipient list for the email.

    Working Capital Fund

    Reserved for future use.

    Both

    Reserved for future use.

    CC

    Enter any additional email addresses, if applicable, that are not part of the recipient list.

    Subject

    Enter the subject of the email.

    Message

    Type the message to be sent.

    Select File to Attach

    Click Browse to search for and select a file(s) to be attached to the message, if applicable.

  3. Click Generate Email to send the message.
