The FUND Main Menu page consists of multiple tabs. Users will only see those tabs to which they have access. Users may only have access to their Agency's data.
Each tab's functionality is described below.
WCF
Working Capital Fund (WCF) is reserved for future use.
Greenbook
The Greenbook tab provides the following information for each program:
Agency Programs - Lists the individual programs for each line of accounting information.
Vendor Code - Displays the vendor code.
Preliminary Estimate - Displays the preliminary estimate, if applicable.
Initial Amount - Displays the initial amount, if applicable.
Revised Amount - Displays the revised amount, if applicable.
Final Amount - Displays the final amount, if applicable.
Amount Funded - Displays the funded amount, if applicable
Balance Remaining - Displays the remaining balance.
Change Agency - Allows the user to select a different program to be displayed on the Greenbook tab.
Change Fiscal Year - Allows the user to select a different fiscal year to be displayed on the Greenbook tab.
Reports
Agencies build transaction reports by fiscal year, Agency, or Program.
Maintenance
Functions performed by OCFO Office of the Chief Financial Officer are available on the Maintenance tab.
