To access FUND, you must have authorized security clearance. Agencies must request access to FUND via their Agency Security Officer (ASO).
There are three record-level roles:
Preparer - Agency-level access to add, delete, and update data, and review Agency level reports. All preparers have full Agency-level access for a specific Agency.
Update access
System Administrator - Global access to review data entered by all Agencies. The system administrator maintains all reference data tables and selects/views all data in reports. All system administrators have full, global access.
