Introduction

The Working Capital Fund and Greenbook Online (FUND) is a Web-based application that provides participating Agencies with access to their annual fiscal year estimates for activities/Programs and serves as the input point for Agencies to submit their accounting information. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) records and tracks the allotted fiscal year annual estimates of costs for the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agencies for Centrally Administered Programs (CAP). This information is entered by quarter and by fiscal year.

Included in the CAP are two categories:

FUND allows entry, modification, and deletion of program estimates and accounting information. It also allows viewing of Agency information. In FUND, authorized users may access records to add, update, or delete data. Authorized users may enter, update, and view summary and/or line item detailed accounting, obligation numbers, vendor numbers, actual and common agreement numbers by Program, and Agency contact information for each Program/Agency. Additionally, authorized users may email Agency contacts directly from the Web site and create reports.
