Split T&As

When an employee has a personnel change during the pay period, a split T&A must be processed.

Note: If an employee starts or leaves during the middle of a pay period, a split T&A is not required, only a status change.

To Process a Split T&A:

  1. Select the employee from the Timekeeper Select Employee page or Search Results page following the directions found in Selecting an Employee or Searching for an Employee.

  2. Select the T&A Profile button from the Selected T&A list on the Timekeeper Select Employee page. The T&A Profile page is displayed.

  3. Select the Dual T&A button. The T&A Profile page is now displayed with status change fields.

  4. Select the starting day of the status change from the status change drop-down list.
  5. Make applicable changes to the Ending Status Data fields.
  6. Make applicable changes to the Starting Status Data fields.
  7. Select the Save button to save changes.

    OR

    Select Unsplit T&A to unsplit the T&A.

    OR

    Select Cancel to cancel the changes.
