Split T&As
When an employee has a personnel change during the pay period, a split T&A must be processed.
To Process a Split T&A:
- Select the employee from the Timekeeper Select Employee page or Search Results page following the directions found in Selecting an Employee or Searching for an Employee.

- Select the button from the Selected T&A list on the Timekeeper Select Employee page. The T&A Profile page is displayed.

- Select the button. The T&A Profile page is now displayed with status change fields.

- Select the starting day of the status change from the status change drop-down list.
- Make applicable changes to the Ending Status Data fields.
- Make applicable changes to the Starting Status Data fields.
- Select the button to save changes.

Select to unsplit the T&A.
OR
Select to cancel the changes.
