Timekeeper Delegate Management

The Timekeeper Delegate Management function allows an HR Administrator to delegate a Timekeeper delegate to perform the duties of a Timekeeper who is unavailable.

Note: This is usually done by the Timekeeper, but the HR Administrator can do this if the Timekeeper is unavailable.

To Add a Timekeeper Delegate:

  1. Select the Roles button from the HR Administrator Main Menu page. The Role Management page is displayed.

  2. Select the Tkp Delegate button from the Role Management page. The Timekeeper Delegate Management page is displayed.

  3. Enter the user ID of the Timekeeper who is to be delegated for. If not known, select the Search button to search by name.
  4. Select the Continue button. The Add/Remove Delegates page is displayed with any current delegates listed.

  5. Enter the user ID of the user that is being delegated to the Timekeeper. If not known, select the Search button to search by name.

    Note: The user must have the Timekeeper role to be a Timekeeper delegate.

  6. Select the Add button. The delegate is added to the Current Delegates list.

    Note: To remove a delegate, select the Del button adjacent to the delegate, or select the Undelegate All button to remove all delegates.
