Login Instructions (ID and Password)

Upon receiving an OFEE user ID and password:

1. Log on to the Internet.
2. Connect to the Web site at https://www.nfc.usda.gov/ocfofee. A warning page is displayed.

   

3. Click I Agree. The login page is displayed.

   

4. Complete the Log In fields as follows:

   Field	Description/Instruction
   Username	Enter the user ID.
   Password	Enter the password.

5. Click Submit. The application will create an audit trail each time a user logs in, unless the user selects Cancel to exit out of each window. After login is complete, the Agency Listing & Submission Status page is displayed.

Login Instructions Using eAuthentication (User ID and Password)

1. Log on to the Internet.
2. Connect to the Web site at https://www.nfc.usda.gov/ocfofee. A warning page is displayed.
3. Click I Agree. The login page is displayed.
4. Click eAuthentication to log in if the Agency accesses OFEE using the eAuthentication Login.

   

5. Complete the Log In fields as follows:

   Field	Description/Instruction
   User ID	Enter the user ID.
   Password	Enter the password.

6. Click Login.
