Agency Request for User ID and Password

Agency employees should submit an email to their security officer requesting OFEE access and provide their user ID and password. The security officer will contact NFC's security officer. OFEE is a stand-alone application (i.e., not dependent on other applications).

The Agency request should include:

• Agency name
• User's name
• Work phone number
• Fax number
• Role requested

Note: The role should be either OIG, preparer, or approver. The preparer inputs information into the Web site. The Agency CFO approves the schedule or review.
