Login Instructions Using eAuthentication (LincPass)

1. Log on to the Internet.
2. Connect to the Web site at https://www.nfc.usda.gov/ocfofee. A warning page is displayed.
3. Click I Agree. The login page is displayed.
4. Click eAuthentication to log in if the Agency accesses OFEE using the eAuthentication Login. If this is the first time that you are logging on with LincPass Personal Identity Verification (PIV), the eAuthentication Login page is displayed.

   

5. Click Log In with your LincPass (PIV). The eAuthentication Login page - Agency Partner Login is displayed.

   

6. Select the applicable Agency from the Please select your Agency drop down. The ActivClient Login page is displayed.

   

7. Click OK. The Select a Certificate page is displayed.

   

8. Complete the PIN field.
9. Select the applicable PIV Authentication certificate.
10. Click OK.
