There are four roles that are used in ITRS as displayed below.

Preparer (View only) |

Preparer |
Enters data and views data. |
Administrator |
Has full global access to all data entered. The Administrator has responsibility for opening and closing reporting periods, maintaining all data tables, and reviewing mission area. Department level reports, and reviewing entries to ensure the integrity of the data are other duties of the Administrator. |
Office of the Inspector General (OIG) Auditor |
Has read-only access to the same data and reviewing privileges as the Administrator. |
