Introduction

Intradepartmental Transactions Reconciliation System (ITRS) is a Web-based application used to identify, reconcile, and report intradepartmental transactions.

How ITRS Works

ITRS Intradepartmental Transactions Reconciliation System allows the user to compare pre-closing trial balances by reciprocal category and identifies reciprocal categories that are out of balance. Agencies can make manual entries to adjust balances to bring the reciprocal category into agreement. ITRS Intradepartmental Transactions Reconciliation System also generates the elimination entries after it is closed. The Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Accounting Policy and Consolidated Reporting Division (APCRD) is the System Administrator for ITRS Intradepartmental Transactions Reconciliation System.
