System Access

All record-level access is controlled by user roles established by National Finance Center (NFC) Security and are called "Application Access Controls."

Authorized users and roles are identified by OCFO and participating Agencies Security Officer(s) (ASO). To gain access to ITRS, users must contact their ASO.
