Login Instructions Using eAuthentication (User ID and Password)

1. Log on to the Internet.
2. Connect to the Web site at https://www.nfc.usda.gov/ocfoitr. A warning page is displayed.
3. Click I Agree. The login page is displayed.
4. Click eAuthentication to log in if the Agency accesses ITRS using the eAuthentication Login.

   

5. Complete the Log In fields as follows:

   Field	Description/Instruction
   User ID	Enter the user ID.
   Password	Enter the password.

6. Click Login.
