Goals

Goals allow the user to add, update, or delete the reporting goal record in ITRS.

To Add a Goal:

  1. On the Menu tab, select the Goals link under the Data Tables Maintenance Column. The Goals page is displayed.

  2. Click the Add a Goal drop-down.
  3. Select a Goal.

  4. A system message appears stating The goal was successfully added.

To Update Goal Percents:

  1. On the Menu tab, select the Goals link under the Data Tables Maintenance Column. The Goals page is displayed.

  2. Click the Update Goal Percents drop-down.
  3. Select a Bureau.

  4. Enter the percent for the applicable goal for the Agency.

  5. Click Update. A system message appears stating Goal Percents have been successfully updated.

To Delete a Goal:

  1. On the Menu tab, select the Goals link under the Data Tables Maintenance column. The Goals page is displayed.

  2. Click the Delete a Goal drop-down.
  3. Select a Goal Number.

  4. A system message appears stating The Goal was successfully deleted.
