Deleting Leave and Other Time

Leave and other time transaction codes are deleted from an employee's T&A by selecting the Del button in the Leave and Other Time section on the T&A Data page.

To Delete Leave and Other Time from an Employee's T&A:

  1. Select the employee from the Timekeeper Select Employee page or the Search Results page following the directions found in Selecting an Employee or Searching for an Employee.

  2. Select the Edit T&A button from the Selected T&A list on the Timekeeper Select Employee page. The T&A Data page is displayed.

  3. Select the Del button next to the line to be deleted in the Leave and Other Time section of the T&A. The TC (line) is deleted.

    Note: The TC is removed when you select the Del button. There is no warning/confirmation before the TC is deleted.
