Inquiry Menu

Inquiry is option 9 on the MASC Management Account Structure Codes System main menu. This option provides a menu of inquiry options used to query data maintained in the master files of MASC Management Account Structure Codes System.

To select the Inquiry option, type 9 at the Enter Selection prompt on the MASC Management Account Structure Codes System main menu. Press Enter. The MASC Management Account Structure Codes System Inquiry System menu is displayed.

Below is a brief description of each option.

• Tables - Provides a menu of table options used to query data maintained in the master files of the MASC Management Account Structure Codes System tables.

• AD-758 All Other Agencies - Used to query input forms used by the other Agencies to facilitate the entering of accounting codes into MASC Management Account Structure Codes System.

• MASC Database Special Area - Used by NFC National Finance Center to query daily activity (updates) processed through MASC Management Account Structure Codes System.
• Detailed Inquiry Menu - Used to query detailed data maintained in the master files of MASC Management Account Structure Codes System.

To select an option from the MASC Management Account Structure Codes System Inquiry menu, type an option number at the Enter Selection prompt and press Enter. The screen selected is displayed.
