AD-758 All Other Agencies Menu
2AD-758 All Other Agencies is option on the MASC main menu. This option functions as an input form used by the other Agencies to facilitate the entering of accounting codes into MASC. At the Agencies' discretion, the appropriate accounting codes are placed on the documents to record payments to billings, collections, and other financial transactions processed at NFC. These accounting codes are also used to provide accurate accounting data for reporting purposes.
To add an accounting code, at the AD-758 - Update screen, complete the fields as follows:

The total distribution among the multiple program structure codes for any one accounting classification must equal percent. If no distribution is required, leave blank. |
