Emergency Contact Information
For an emergency contact, the following information is needed:

Enter the relationship to the employee of the emergency contact person. |
Delete Indicator |
Enter PPS database. This signifies that the record will be deleted 90 days after the date of separation. To override this code and maintain the separated employee's record in LIST for an indefinite length of time, enter over . To remove the separated employee's locator record from LIST at a later date, enter . The record will remain for 90 days after the date of separation. or or leave blank.
