5B. Agency Billing Information by Program

The Agency Billing Information by Program report allows the user to build a report by fiscal year and Program.

To run the Agency Billing Information by Program report :

1. On the Reports tab, select 5B. Agency Billing Information by Program. The Report 5B. Agency Billing Information by Program report is displayed.

   

2. Complete the fields as follows:

   Field	Description/Instruction
   Type	Select the applicable radio button to indicate the type of transaction to be displayed on the report. Valid values are Greenbook and WCF. Note: WCF is reserved for future use.
   Fiscal Year	Click the down arrow to select the fiscal year to be displayed on the report.
   Program	Click the down arrow to select the Program to be displayed on the report.
   Display the report	Click the down arrow to select the format for the report. Valid values are Display the report, Save report as a spreadsheet, and Save report as a text file.

3. Click Submit to run the report. The FY XXXX Greenbook Billing Information By Program report is displayed.

   Note: If you click Reset, all of the fields are cleared.
