6. Program Descriptions by Fiscal Year

The Program Descriptions by Fiscal Year report allows the user to build a report for an Agency by fiscal year.

To run the Program Descriptions by Fiscal Year report :

  1. On the Reports tab, select 6. Program Descriptions by Fiscal Year. The Report 6. Program Descriptions by Fiscal Year report is displayed.

  2. Complete the fields as follows:

    Field

    Description/Instruction

    Type

    Select the applicable radio button to indicate the type of transaction to be displayed on the report. Valid values are Greenbook and WCF.

    Note: WCF is reserved for future use.

    Fiscal Year

    Click the down arrow to select the fiscal year to be displayed on the report.

    Agency

    Click the down arrow to select the Agency to be displayed on the report.

    Display the report

    Click the down arrow to select the format for the report. Valid values are Display the report, Save report as a spreadsheet, and Save report as a text file.

  3. Click Submit to run the report. The FY XXXX Greenbook Program Summary report is displayed.

    Note: If you click Reset, all of the fields are cleared.
