Deleting a Carrier Information Record
The Delete function allows users to delete carrier information records.
To Delete a Carrier Information Record:
- Select the CLER Main Menu. tab at the top of the
- Select the option. The Carrier Information page is displayed.
- Complete the fields as follows:

Carrier
Optional, alphanumeric, 7 positions
Enter the carrier identification code.
Name
Optional, alphanumeric, 40 positions maximum
Enter the name of the carrier.
City
Optional, alphanumeric, 25 positions maximum
Enter the name of the carrier’s city.
State
Optional
Select the payroll office’s, carriers, carrier contact's, or carrier plan contact's State, U.S. territory, or overseas military abbreviation from the drop-down menu. Order By
Optional, default
Defaults to the
sort option. Allows users to sort search results by the options listed below. To choose another sort option, select the radio button next to one of the following options:- Search by carrier code.
- Search by name.
- Search by city.
- Search by State.
- Click

Displays the name of the carrier.

Displays the carrier’s street or post office box address.

Displays the name of the carrier’s city.

Zip

Displays the carrier’s ZIP Code.
. The Carrier Information Results page is displayed.
- Click next to the applicable record. A pop up message is displayed asking the user to approve the deletion.
- Click to delete the record and close the pop up.
