TINQ (Time Inquiry Leave Update System)

TINQ is an online real-time entry and inquiry system of the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA)/National Finance Center (NFC). TINQ allows users to query and/or correct leave data. It also provides a method of transferring leave data from donors to approved leave recipients participating in the Leave Sharing Program. Listed below are the latest bulletins for the system.
