    PPS includes the processing of the Standard Form (SF) 52, Request for Personnel Action, awards, allotments, performance appraisals, health and life insurance, Thrift Savings Plan (TSP), tax documents, severance pay, leave records, and payroll-related financial reporting operations for the entire United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and numerous other Federal and non-Federal Departments on a biweekly basis.
