Direct Premium Remittance System (DPRS)

The DPRS system provides an enrollment, billing, and collection process for Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB) for eligible separated Federal employees, former spouses of Federal employees, dependents of Federal employees, direct pay annuitants, and dependents of annuitants.

  • DPRS Procedure Manual

    This procedure provides instructions for Federal Agencies to enroll eligible non-Federally employed individuals in the Direct Premium Remittance System (DPRS). DPRS centralized system for collecting premiums from eligible non-Federal enrollees who elect to participate in the Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Program under Public Law (P.L.).   • Introduction to Temporary Continuation of Coverage (TCC)

    TCC is temporary continuation of coverage and it is a feature of the FEHB program that allows eligible separated employees and dependents to continue their FEHB once it is either cancelled or terminated in the TIPS program.
