Locator Information

Locator Info allows Timekeepers to maintain contact work information for employees. Personal information is not tracked by webTA.

Note: webTA does not require that locator information be maintained, but if the Agency is configured to distribute webTA tasks via email, the email address must be entered. If no email is entered, tasks are delivered to webTA's task list only.

To Access Employee Locator Information:

  1. Select the employee from the Timekeeper Select Employee or Search Results page following the directions found in Selecting an Employee or Searching for an Employee.

  2. Select the Locator Info button from the Selected Employee list on the Timekeeper Select Employee page. The employee's Locator Info page is displayed.

  3. Add applicable information.
  4. Select the Save button. The Timekeeper Select Employee page is displayed.

    OR

    Select the Cancel button to cancel the action and return to the Timekeeper Select Employee page.
