Out BETC Field Instruction
Business Event Type Code (BETC)
Select the applicable BETC Code from the drop-down list. Valid values are DISBCAAJ (Payments for Obligations of Closed Accounts), DISBBCAJ (Gross Disbursement for Budget Clearing Accounts) , DISGFAJ (Gross Disbursements derived from the General Fund Adjustment) and DISNGFAJ (Gross Disbursements Not derived from the General Fund).
Note: A selection is required only if the Out/Credit is selected under the D/C code.
