In BETC Field Instruction
Business Event Type Code (BETC)
Select the applicable BETC Code from the drop-down list. Valid values are DISBCA (Gross Disbursement), DISBBCA (Payments for Obligations of Closed Accounts), DISGF(Gross Disbursements derived from the General Fund) and DISNGF (Gross Disbursements Not derived from the General Fund).
Note: A selection is required only if the In/Debit is selected under the D/C code.
