Agency Preparer

An Agency preparer has the option to select his/her Agency when accessing the application. The Agency Preparer:

• Accesses the application through the Web address.
• Views the summary of all charges for the scheduled year.
• Accesses the entry pages for current and potential charges.
• Adds new charge listings for assigned Agencies only.
• Edits, deletes, or views the details of each active charge listing for assigned Agencies only.
• Has read-only access to archived and frozen charge listings for assigned Agencies only.
• Views contact information for all authorized users.
