Roles are used to assign applicable permission level(s). There are five possible permission levels. An individual may have all five or any combination of the five permission levels.

Agency Preparer |
Accesses the application through the Web universal resource locator (URL). Views the summary of all charges for the scheduled year. Accesses the entry pages for current and potential charges. Adds new charge listings for assigned Agencies only. Edits, deletes, or views the details of each active charge listing for assigned Agencies only. Has read-only access to archived and frozen charge listings for assigned Agencies only. Views contact information for all authorized users. |
Agency Approver (CFO) |
Approves the preparer's entries. Approves/rejects a given Agency schedule. Views summarized data for all Agencies within a single mission area, if assigned mission-level access. |
OCFO Preparer |
Has same features as the preparer. Has global USDA access. |
OCFO Administrator |
Has global read-only access to all Agency data. Selects Department level and other specified reports. |
OIG Auditor |
Has global read-only access to view data accessible to the OCFO Administrator. |
