Close Current Reporting Period

The Close Current Reporting Period link under Tools allows the user to close the current reporting period.

On the Menu tab, select the Close Current Reporting Period link under the Tools column.
A confirmation pop-up appears asking Are you sure you want to close this reporting period? You can re-open it at any time by using the Re-Open option.
Click OK. A system message appears stating The Current Reporting Period has been closed.
OR

Click Cancel.

Once the period is closed, the user has the following options:

Step	Description
Adjust All Balances	Adjust the the reporting balances of the Agencies.
Re-Open Current Reporting Period	Open a closed reporting period.
Open Next Reporting Period	Open future reporting period.
