Adjust All Balances

The Adjust All Balances link allows the user to adjust all reporting balances for the Agency.

Note: The user must close the current reporting period to adjust all balances.

To Adjust all Balances:

  1. On the Menu tab, select Adjust All Balances link under the Tools column.

  2. A system message appears stating Are you sure you want to adjust all balances? This action cannot be undone though you may re-adjust the balances later.

  3. Click OK. A system message appears stating All balances for this Reporting Period have been adjusted.

    OR

    Click Cancel.
