Open Next Reporting Period

To Open Next Reporting Period:

1. On the Menu tab, select the Open Next Reporting Period link under the Tools column.

   

2. A system message appears stating Are you sure you want to open the next reporting period? This will cause the current Reporting Period records to be archived and will open the next period for reporting. This action cannot be undone.

   

3. Click OK. If there are no new Reporting Periods available, a system message appears stating There are no new Reporting Periods available. Please add a new period to the Reporting Periods table. If there is a new Reporting Period available, a system message appears stating The next Reporting Period is successfully open.

   OR

   Click Cancel.
