PERHIS Time Off Award Data is screen number 543 on the Personnel History Menu. It displays time off award history data. Information displayed includes number of hours granted, nature of action code for the award, effective date of the award, pay period, and year that the award was processed. To access information, type the SSN Social Security number and press Enter.

To display a new record, press Enter. To display a continuation of the employee's time off awards, press PF8.

To view screen element definitions, use the arrow keys to position the cursor on the data portion of the element field and press PF5. Detailed information for that element will display. To return to the original screen, press Enter. To return to the submenu, press PF1.
