Adding a Payroll Office Contact Record
The Add function allows users to add payroll office contact records.
To Add a Payroll Office Contact Record:
- Select the CLER Main Menu. tab at the top of the
- Select the option. The Contacts Main Page is displayed with the and options.
- Select the option. The Payroll Office Contacts Page is displayed.
- Click the Payroll Office Contacts Add page is displayed.
- Complete the fields as follows:

for an administrative contact or for a technical contact from the drop-down menu. The Type code indicates whether the payroll office contact is an administrative contact or a technical contact.Role

Enter the title, position, etc., of the payroll office contact.
Name

Enter the name of the payroll office contact.
Address Line 1

Enter the second line payroll office contact's street or post office box address.
