Maintaining Payroll Office Enrollee Records (Marked with Discrepancy Code 163)

The Enrollees option on the Payroll Office Main Page allows carrier users to view and reconcile payroll office enrollee records marked with Discrepancy Code 163. For a description of Discrepancy Code 163, see Discrepancy Codes Table.

Note: Agency users are able to view and validate carrier enrollee records marked with Discrepancy Code 160. Thus, the Validate function allows Agency users to communicate with carriers about carrier enrollee records marked with Discrepancy Code 160. For a description of Discrepancy Code 160, see Discrepancy Codes Table.
