Frequency
Required, alpha, one position
Code that indicates how often the download will occur. Valid values are identified below.
D - Daily, Monday through Friday
W - Weekly, Friday
P - Pay Period, Monday after payroll has run
M - Monthly, first workday of the month
Note: Changes cannot be systematically processed per the frequency value. INCLUDE-FLAG's (B) ALL CHANGED ACTIVE and (F) ALL CHANGED ACT & HIST are treated as a one-time downloads.
The batch process will not process TMGT Table 103 records where the INCLUDE-FLAG equals B, D, or F, if the DATE CHANGED and the TRANSMIT DATE are the same on the Table 103 record. The Agency will need to manually update the BEG-EFF-DATE on the TMGT Table 103 screen after changes have been made to the applicable tables
For example, should an Agency request changes made to TMGT Table 005 (Organization Structure), once the changes have been applied to Table 005 the Agency would then need to update the BEG-EFF-DATE on the applicable Table 103 screen to the current date which will systematically change the DATE-CHANGED on the Table 103 record to the current date. If the frequency selected is (D)aily, the TMGT batch process would extract all changes made to the Agency's Table 005 records where the DATE-CHANGE of the Table 005 record is greater than the TRANSMITTAL DATE on Table 103 and the Table 005 record status equals (M)odified.**
**Records for the applicable downloads that were (D)activated, (R)e-activated, or (A)dded would not be included in this scenario.
